DISCOVER 9H Ceramic Body

SIMPLE TO APPLY: The FCX Ceramic Treatment is extremely easy to apply. It includes a sponge and two lint-free microfiber cloths for a comfortable and clean application, along with an instruction manual.

HARDNESS 9H: High hardness 9H measured using the "Wolf-Willborn" durometry test, preventing scratches and marks on the body with high hydrophobic power. The hardness of a diamond is 10H.

HIGH DURATION: Thanks to its formulation with new additive waxes, you will be able to apply the product perfectly, achieving a duration of over 3 years.

MODE OF USE

✔️ PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE PRIOR TO APPLICATION

➖ DEGREASE AND DECONTAMINATE

Before applying NANOCarX® CERAMIC 9H BODY, it is essential that the surface to be treated is perfectly clean, decontaminated, and dry. It should not have any residue of waxes or similar substances that could hinder the adhesion of the ceramic product.

1. Degreased + Decontaminated: Dilute 200ml to 400ml of Bodywork Degreaser. FullCarX® in a cube with 5-7 liters of water.
2. Next, clean/degrease/decontaminate the entire body thoroughly, scrubbing specific areas evenly. For this step, you can use a decontaminating microfiber cloth (soak it for half an hour beforehand) or a conventional microfiber cloth.
3. Optionally, go over the entire body with a CLAY BAR – Decontaminating Bar (almost mandatory if you don't use the Decontaminating Microfiber), using clean water as a lubricant. This removes any remaining contamination that may be left on the surface.
4. Rinse any remaining dirt, foam, etc. with plenty of water.
5. Dry the target surface very well with a microfiber cloth.
6. If the surface is not in an OPTIMAL state, with scratches, micro-scratches, or large swirls (characteristic marks from cleaning rollers), it is optionally recommended to PROPERLY POLISH before applying NANOCarX® CERAMIC 9H BODY. It is not mandatory under any circumstances, but on surfaces that are not in an optimal state, it may be advisable for a better aesthetic finish.

➖ SPONGE APPLICATOR PREPARATION

1. Place one of the supplied lint-free microfiber cloths from the kit over the sponge.foam What comes inside the box.
2. Next, carefully pour a moderate amount of product onto the cloth that was prepared earlier. Approximately pour about 6-8 drops of ceramic product, lightly soaking the cloth evenly along its length. This should be done each time you notice that the cloth is running out of product and there is no longer optimal lubrication between the cloth and the surface. We should add 6-8 drops of product very frequently.

➖ APPLICATION OF THE CERAMIC PRODUCT

1. Apply the product always acting on localized areas (fenders, hood, roof, etc.) in a staggered manner to achieve perfect finishes. When one area is finished, move on to the next. The process will basically consist of 2 STEPS:
   1. Apply the product with the special damp cloth, making smooth, short, and even strokes, overlapping 50% with the previous stroke. The application should preferably be crossed to ensure that the entire area has product evenly.
   2. Important: After applying the ceramic product to the specific area to be worked on, wait between 1 and 4 minutes for semi-drying (depending on temperature and humidity) and remove the residue of silicon particles that are generated on the treated surface with the help of one or two dry microfibers.
   3. It should be rubbed vigorously until we notice that all the residue has been removed. We should stop rubbing when we see the bodywork clean and shiny; in addition, we will notice that the microfiber goes from offering great resistance to a slight resistance.
2. Continue with the steps outlined in 1.a and 1.b on all the surfaces we want to protect (usually the entire body of a vehicle), applying and removing the excess hardened silicon particles that come into contact with the air.
3. Let it cure for 48-72 hours before cleaning it with a pressure washer (wand) or any other washing method. The product must cure and seal perfectly for an optimal finish.

Is there any maintenance?

• Wash the bodywork with pH Neutral Shampoo (Snow Foam) FullCarX) never with alkaline pH.
• Apply liquid Carnauba wax to extend the longevity of the ceramic treatment.

How long does it last?

It depends on the conditions to which the treatment is exposed, but its duration can reach to exceed 3 years

How many boats do I need?

If the car is small, one can will be enough. Otherwise, you will need 2.
