Orders can be processed on the same day if payment is made before 12:00 PM. If payment is made later, the preparation time is usually 1 day.

The shipping time is 3-4 business days for orders sent by standard shipping. In the case of large orders sent on a pallet, the time may be slightly longer, depending on the destination and transportation availability.

Once the order has been placed, you can request cancellation as long as it has not entered the preparation process or has been shipped.

Orders that are already in preparation or have been shipped cannot be canceled.

If upon receiving the order you notice that the product is visibly damaged or missing any components, it is very important that you take photos and record a video at the moment of opening the package. This will help us expedite the processing of the incident.

To open a case, reply to the order confirmation email or write to info@fullcarx.com attaching the images and videos of the damage and detailing the problem.

Our team will assess the situation and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

If you wish to return an order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal. It is essential that the product is unused and in perfect condition.

To initiate the process, you must send the product back at your own expense. Once we have received and verified the condition of the product at our facilities, we will proceed to issue the refund.
