HOW IS MY ORDER GOING?

Our team works continuously to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you want to know what stage your purchase is in, here we explain the different statuses an order can have and how you can find out the status of your order.

PAYMENT STATUS

If you make the payment with CARD, PAYPAL OR BIZUM:

Payment Accepted:

We have received and successfully recorded the payment.

The order is now in queue to be prepared.

If you make the payment by TRANSFER:

Awaiting payment by Bank Transfer:

The order has been successfully registered,
but we have not yet received the payment.

The verification of bank transfers may take up to 24 hours, business hours from its issuance. Once the payment is processed, the order status will change to Payment Accepted.

ORDER STATUS

Preparation in progress:

We are preparing and packing your order.

If it has entered preparation on the same day, it may be shipped that same day; otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day.

For large volume orders or items out of stock, there may be a slight delay, in which case we will contact you.

Sent:

Your order has left our factory and is on its way.

If you want to know more details about where your order is, you can track it directly through the transport company's website. The estimated delivery time of 24/48 hours starts counting from the moment we hand it over to the carrier, not from when the order was placed or started being prepared.

The GLS tracking number is added to the order, and you can track it.

Additionally, you will receive 3 emails from GLS at the email address associated with your account.

1. Order documented and picked up by GLS (With the estimated delivery date)

2. Order out for delivery

3. Order delivered (With recipient details and signature)

Delivered:

Your order has been successfully delivered to the specified address.

ORDER CANCELED

Canceled:

The order has been canceled, either at your request or for internal reasons.

In case of cancellation on our part, we will contact you to inform you of the reason.

RETURN / REFUND

Refunded:

The order has been fully refunded.

Please note that the deposit into your bank account may take several days from the moment the refund is processed.
