Stages of Return

01 .- Modification of the order
Once the order has been placed, you can request modifications as long as it has not entered the preparation process or has been shipped.
Orders that are already in preparation or have been shipped cannot be modified.
Don't forget to carefully review your purchase before finalizing the process.
02 .- Order Integrity
You have 24 hours to check the integrity and quantity of all the components of the order.
After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damages or issues with the shipment will not be accepted.
In any case, if there is any incident, do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you.


03 .- 14-day deadline
You have 14 days as a withdrawal period for your purchase to return the order by your means. It is essential that the product is unused and in perfect condition.

04 .- Return due to defect
If an order is damaged during transport and needs to be returned to the factory, we will inspect the product at our facilities before proceeding with the shipment of a replacement or issuing the corresponding refund.
The refund may take a few days to process (this may vary depending on the destination bank).
