Package shipment

As a general rule, packages are prepared and processed within 24 hours (business days) after payment is received, and are shipped via GLS or DB Schenker with a tracking number. Whatever the shipping method, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs are fixed and include handling and packaging fees, as well as postal charges. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your package after shipping, but we do our best to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If there are any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you.

Stages of Shipping

01 .- How is it sent?

All our products are shipped in high-quality packaging with protective material. For large orders, they may be shipped in multiple packages or as palletized cargo.

02 .- When is it sent?

As a general rule, the order leaves our factory within 24 hours (business days) after receiving payment. Orders received before 12:00 PM may be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

NOTE: During promotional periods and discounts or during staff vacation periods, shipments may be delayed due to the increased volume of orders.

03.- When will I receive it?

- GLS Urgent Package Service delivery in 3-4 business days 

- DB Schenker pallet delivery (for large orders) between 5-7 business days

We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport companies comply whenever possible.

04 .- How much does it cost?

- GLS Shipping: 9.90 € (fixed price)

- FREE Shipping: Orders over 90 €

05 .- How can I pay?

You can pay for your order as you wish, we accept payments through:

  • Credit card. (Redsys)
  • PayPal.
  • Bank transfer

    At the time of placing the order, the system will guide you and you will receive instructions on how to purchase.

    Returns

    • Orders that are being prepared or have already been shipped cannot be modified.
    • The customer has 24 hours to check the integrity and quantity of all components of the order.
    • After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damages or issues with the shipment will not be accepted.
    • The buyer has a 14-day withdrawal period to return their order by their own means. It is essential that the product is unused and in perfect condition, exactly in the same state it was sent.
    • Orders returned to the factory due to damage must first be received and inspected. Only once this process is completed will the new order be shipped. Under no circumstances will a new order be sent without having previously received the defective product.
